City Analysis of Contamination by Tic/Tim Urban Area Simulation

CACTUS is an Advanced Simulator able to reproduce different kinds of CBRNe (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and high yield explosives) threats in urban areas, considering TIC & TIM events (Toxic Industrial Material / Toxic Industrial Chemicals ). So, CACTUS covers multiple agents, vectors, release methods, modes & behaviors; it generates from open data of towns and areas, as well as it could integrate detailed 3D and distributed dynamic of weather (e.g. temperature, wind, humidity) over time/terrain considering all boundary conditions effects. CACTUS covers single and multiple actions, domino effect, flows among streets, building permeability, persistence, level of intoxication, definition of dangerous areas and evacuation process. The model is interoperable and is combining stochastic impacts & effects, AI/IA (Artificial Intelligence & Intelligent Agents)for countermeasure reproduction, times, costs and effects
