Babel Experience & Lessons

BABELE is a RPG on Project Management & Communication Challenges BABELE was created by Prof.Bruzzone, Simulation Team, in collaboration with International Excellence Centers (i.e. NASA, CSU, UFRJ, SEANAV, etc.) and is obviously inspired by Genesis addressing a large Skyscraper Project to consider PM & Construction, Communication/Control/Planning Problems, Engineering vs. Erection Critical Issues, Customer Relationships & Internal Management, Decision Making, People Management. In facts, BABELE is an EPC Project Simulation with Teams competing each other on a Tower Project; they are divided between two locations (i.e. Office & Site) with internal players covering critical roles (e.g. Project Manager, Project Engineer, Site Manager, Project Designer, Comm.Manager, Business Manager). BABELE is based on dynamic interaction of players with Top Level Experts (i,.e from Academia & Industry) covering Customer Roles, raising Claims & Contingencies
