ARRA is a model devoted to study different Strategies in Arm Race and in Defense Investments respect Antagonists as well as different Players that are associated to different Alliances and Coalition. ARRA Models the Behaviors and Reactions to Scenario Evolution to Identify most effective Plans and Short, Medium and Long Terms consequences as well as Conflict Risks in real case and/or Historical ones (e.g. Anglo Geram Arm Race)
