Abstract:
This document discusses the transformation of a model
in the Statechart formalism to a model in the DEVS formalism.
Only the core elements of Statecharts are analyzed.
In each section, an essential element of the Statechart
formalism is described as well as how to convert it to its DEVS equivalent. Finally, a general procedure for converting from the Statechart formalism to
the DEVS formalism is given.
