Claudio Neglia

He had experiences as manager and executive for major Italian companies (i.e. Ansaldo) in organization, MIS (management of Information Systems), Human Resources etc..
Currently he served as Organization Director for COOP Liguria (a cooperative with a sale turnover of about 500 million USD/year that it is a regional partner of the COOP Retail chain) and currently he is Human Resource Director.
He is involved in several projects where modelling and simulation is used for improving customer satisfaction (MASC), logistics performances and ERP project efficiency.
